Kaline Lins

Kaline Lins currently serves as an Estagiária de Planejamento e Performance at Geekie, focusing on Continuous Improvement through performance analysis, fundamental cause evaluation, and corrective action planning. Previously, Kaline worked at INTERA | Talent Hacking in the Talent Hacker Academy, employing digital marketing strategies and data analysis to connect talent with companies. As Diretora de Formação Empreendedora at FEJEPE, Kaline developed entrepreneurial training strategies for junior business leaders in Pernambuco. Additional experience includes logistical participation in the ENEJ 21 event at Brasil Júnior and leadership roles at Arco Consultoria, where Kaline oversaw a selection team, managed projects, and facilitated internal integration efforts. Kaline is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, expected to graduate in June 2024.
