Catherine Longo

Catherine Longo is an experienced professional in fraud investigation and claims analysis, currently serving as an Internal SIU Major Case Investigator at GEICO since July 2013. Catherine has held various positions at GEICO, including Internal SIU Investigator and Claim Examiner. Prior to GEICO, Catherine worked at Verizon Wireless from September 2008 to February 2013 as a Fraud Investigator, where responsibilities included interacting with fraud victims and resolving claims, as well as advising on fraud mitigation strategies. Catherine also has a background in customer service, having spent three years as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Justice Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from California State University-San Marcos, graduated in 2007.
