Jaume Masana is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Expert Advisor at Gemseki Inc. since November 2020. As the Founder and Vice-Chairman of AdSalutem - Healthy Healing since January 2019, Jaume Masana also operates as an Independent Biopharma Advisor, focusing on strategy development for portfolio optimization through in/out licensing and strategic alliances. Previously, Masana held the role of Member of the Board at Esteve Teijin Healthcare and spent 18 years at Esteve, where as Director of Business Development & Licensing, led efforts to create an innovative pharma product portfolio through partnerships. Jaume Masana holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from IQS, an MBA from Esade, and has completed a General Manager Program at IESE Business School.
