Shraddha Sadekar

Shraddha Sadekar is a Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech since May 2017, specializing in neuroscience pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PKPD) translation, and leading capability building for gene therapy development. Previous roles include Principal Scientist focusing on translational PKPD for biologics and cross-functional leadership in neuroscience at Genentech, and Associate Principal Scientist at Merck with a focus on IND filing in various therapeutic areas such as immune-oncology and infectious diseases. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Scientist at the University of Utah, Research Associate at Rubicon Research, and internships at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Bombay Veterinary College. Shraddha earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Utah, a Certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, University of Mumbai.
