Parul Goyal

Parul Goyal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and customer relations, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Asset Operations at Generate since June 2021. Goyal oversees the onboarding of new assets, leads the billing process, and ensures quality control of billing rules, while also acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Prior to Generate, Goyal held various roles at Bloom Energy, including Manager of Partner Engagement, focusing on partner relationships and improving engagement processes, as well as positions in customer experience. Earlier experience includes serving as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, where Goyal provided high-quality service to clients and managed stock plan services. Goyal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Communication from the University of California, Davis, supplemented by a student exchange program at UNSW.
