Seana Cooke

Seana Cooke is a Senior Design Strategist at Genesys since November 2022, with extensive experience in UX and product research. Previous roles include Lead UX/Product Researcher at An Garda Síochána, focusing on mobility apps and organizational design systems, and Senior UX/Product Researcher at Teckro, where key insights were provided for the clinical trial industry. Seana also served as Head UX/Service Designer at Stint Ireland, creating integrated IT services and automated systems, and improved operational processes at Adventure Trails Ltd as a UX/Service Designer. Seana has a diverse educational background, currently pursuing a Master of Arts in UX and Service Design at Munster Technological University, along with certifications in web design and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management.
