Stefanie MAGNER joined GENFIT in March 2016 as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs.
Prior to joining GENFIT, she spent nearly 10 years at the Paris offices of the global U.S. law firm, Jones Day advising issuers, many in the biotech space, and banks on a variety of corporate, cross-border securities and M&A transactions, including several U.S. IPOs.
She is admitted to practice law in New York and is a former member of the Paris Bar. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French, as well as an international diploma from Sciences-Po Paris. She received her U.S. law degree from Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington D.C. and holds a Masters of Business Litigation from the Université de Paris X – Nanterre.
Stefanie holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer, VP International Legal Affairs since March 1, 2021.
