Erin McCann, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned People and HR leader currently serving as Head of People at Genomenon, Inc., overseeing all HR functions for a growing AI-driven healthcare and biotech organization. With extensive experience in scaling teams and enhancing employee lifecycle processes, Erin has previously held pivotal roles such as Head of People Operations at 86 Repairs and Custora, contributing to significant organizational growth and successful exits in both companies. Erin has also served as a mentor for First Round Fast Track and is a member of several professional groups, including Chief and ChangeEngine’s product advisory board. Erin's educational background includes a Certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University and a Graduate with Honors degree from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
