Lorena GarciaHerreros has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Líder de Talento Humano at Genser Power - Interamerican Energy Corp since September 2014. Previously, Lorena held the same position at PROELECTRICA - Interamerican Energy Corp for six months in 2014. Additional roles include Directora Administrativa y de Talento Humano at Algrafher SAS and Coordinadora Administrativa y de Recursos Humanos at Santa María Eventos SAS, where responsibilities encompassed financial and administrative coordination as well as human resources management. Earlier experience includes serving as Asistente Administrativa y de Gerencia at Inversiones Cascabel S.A. - Grupo Ajover. Lorena's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Administration from Universidad de Cartagena and specialization in Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, along with certifications in ISO standards from SEQ Consultores and RUC auditing from Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad.

Genser Power
Genser Power started operations in 2005 as a company dedicated in providing distributed generation solutions. It offers custom engineering turn-key energy alternatives to the industrial, oil & gas and mining sectors. Services include design, development, operation and maintenance of self generation and cogeneration energy facilities. Genser’s business is divided into small (1-10 MW) and medium scale (10-50 MW) generation. Small scale operations consist of self generation and cogeneration projects using reciprocating and rotating equipment. Medium scale operations involve generation power plants supplying oil and gas companies, large industrial consumers and local power grids. The technologies applied to each project are determined by the real energy needs of each case.
