Shawn Fawell

Shawn Fawell, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, has over two decades of experience in architecture and design, currently serving as a Studio Leader, Design Manager, and Architect at Gensler since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager, Director of Interiors at MRSA Architects and Planners, and Design Director at San Juan Ventures. Shawn's design expertise was further developed during time as a Senior Associate, Project Architect, and Designer at VOA Associates Incorporated, as well as a brief role as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Real Estate Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, and participation in an architecture program at the Santa Chiara Study Center, complemented by improv training at Second City.
