Steven Bouchard

Steven Bouchard, CFE, has extensive experience in fraud investigation and management, currently serving as Fraud Manager and previously as Senior Investigator at Genworth since October 2013. In this role, Steven oversees field investigations for suspected fraud, efficiently assigning cases and presenting findings to the Claims Legal department. Prior to Genworth, Steven held the position of Senior Investigator at The Hanover Insurance Group from June 2007 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing complex claims involving thefts and fires, as well as conducting sworn examinations related to questionable claims. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bluefield University and training from the Connecticut Police Academy.
