Suzanne Newton

Suzanne Newton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Development at Genworth since September 2014, Suzanne leads a comprehensive talent development function, partnering with senior leaders and HR executives to enhance organizational performance through tailored development programs. Previously, at Capital One from April 2004 to August 2014, Suzanne held various roles including Senior Learning Manager and Senior HR Client Consultant, where responsibilities included creating development agendas aligned with business strategies and managing high-potential programs. Suzanne began her career as an Organizational Psychology Instructor at Old Dominion University and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the same institution, complementing undergraduate studies at James Madison University.
