Eugene Howatt has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at SEKISUI Diagnostics since January 2011. In this role, Eugene oversees all aspects of the PEI site, including production, packaging, facilities, purchasing, planning, and shipping, while focusing on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Eugene held various positions at SEKISUI Diagnostics, including Plant Manager and Associate Director of Manufacturing. Earlier in Eugene's career, from January 1996 to October 2010, significant contributions to Cavendish Farms were made as Logistics Manager, managing the efficient operation of five warehouses, overseeing a substantial inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance while implementing new technologies and managing a large team.
