Eileen Kim

Eileen Kim, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Manager at Geocaching HQ, where responsibilities include managing the HR team, overseeing talent and performance management programs, leading recruitment efforts, and acting as a strategic advisor to management. Eileen is also a founding member of the company's first formal Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion program. Prior roles include HR Specialist and HR Coordinator at Avvo, Board Member at HR Practitioners of Color, and Financial Services Specialist at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Science and a minor in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
