Michael Barker, D.Sc., CISSP, CISA, LPI, serves as Principal Research Faculty in Cybersecurity at the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds the position of Adjunct Professor and Director of the Cybersecurity Center at Columbus State University. Michael is also the President and Owner of C4 Group, Inc. and has held the role of President for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). Furthermore, Michael is the Founding President of the Digital Forensics Association's Atlanta Chapter. Michael earned a Doctor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Middle Georgia State University between July 2021 and May 2023, and previously studied at the University of Fairfax from 2010 to 2012.
