Amanda Densmore

Amanda Densmore is an experienced library and community engagement professional currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Georgia Public Broadcasting since May 2022. Prior roles include Community Engagement Manager and Branch Manager at Fulton County Library System, where Amanda focused on building partnerships within the Atlanta community. Amanda also worked as a Librarian II in Youth Services at Cobb County Public Library System, where programming for children was created. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Adult Information Services Manager at Mentor Public Library, where Amanda managed a team and oversaw numerous programs. Amanda holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Baldwin Wallace University.
