Jaime Borras is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in mobile technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and CTO, as well as CEO/CTO of GeoToll since 2012, Jaime Borras leads the development of mobile phone-based interoperability toll payment solutions. As Chairperson of the Mobile Technology Consortium since 2008, Jaime Borras fosters collaboration between universities and local businesses to enhance mobile technology and user experience. Jaime Borras also serves as CEO of Wireless Silicon Group, Inc., focusing on advanced semiconductor memory solutions for smartphones. Previous roles include V.P. of Digital Connectivity at Sears Holdings Corporation, COO at GenerationOne, and Senior Fellow at Motorola Mobile Devices, where Jaime Borras was instrumental in developing key technologies and strategies. Jaime Borras holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Florida Atlantic University.
