Samantha McAlister

Samantha McAlister is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service management. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at CARET since November 2024, Samantha previously held multiple roles at Nextech Systems from February 2014 to November 2024, including SVP of Customer Experience and Vice President of Professional Services. Earlier experience includes managing care for medically complex patients at Bankers Life and administrative responsibilities at New Life Solutions. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of West Florida.
