Roze Phillips is an accomplished leader and visionary in the fields of business and healthcare, currently serving as Founder and CEO of ABUNDANCE AT WORK, while also acting as an African Futurist and Keynote Speaker dedicated to transforming work cultures. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Roze serves as a Director at Nubi AI, a company focused on delivering personalized financial and healthcare services through innovative technologies. Additionally, Roze contributes to GIBS Business School as a Non-Executive Director and Adjunct Faculty member, and holds Non-Executive Director positions at Netcare and Spear REIT Limited. Previous roles include Group Executive for People and Culture at Absa Group and Managing Director at Accenture, where Roze led digital innovation and management consulting efforts across Africa.
