Lorena Burgos Rivera

Lorena Burgos Rivera is an experienced professional in quality assurance and product management within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Apparel QA Sr. Manager at Gildan since August 2008, Lorena focuses on maximizing customer confidence and minimizing quality costs across sewing plants. Previously, Lorena held the position of Product Manager for Private Brands, overseeing the development of new styles for major brands such as Nike and Adidas. Earlier experience includes serving as the Corporate Quality Engineering Manager at Gildan, as well as the Quality Control Manager at Vanity Fair Intimates and Fruit of the Loom, where responsibilities included maintaining quality standards and meeting targets across various product lines. Lorena holds an Industrial Engineer Degree from UNAH-VS (CURN), earned between 1992 and 1995.
