Oscar Roa

Oscar Roa is a highly experienced project and construction manager with a proven track record in civil engineering, specializing in large-scale construction projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Gildan since February 2023, Oscar oversees the construction of a multi-manufacturing textile plant, managing various buildings and infrastructure. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Construger SRL, where project management and planning for residential developments were key responsibilities, and Infrastructure and Engineering Advisor at INFOTEP, providing strategic insights for engineering projects. With a strong foundation in civil engineering from esteemed institutions, Oscar also holds a Master’s degree in Civil Construction Management and a Yellow Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. Over the course of a diverse career, Oscar has successfully managed significant projects, including national water treatment plants, health facilities, and residential structures across multiple companies and regions.
