Sourabh Pandey

Sourabh Pandey is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Advanced Analytics and Insights at Gilead Sciences since October 2022, leading global initiatives in Generative AI and predictive analytics for marketing and sales projects. Sourabh has been an Ambassador for One Young World since July 2021 and previously held the role of Associate Director for Advanced Strategic Insights & Analytics at Novartis Oncology from April 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing a range of advanced analytics projects. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at ZS and Mu Sigma, focusing on business analytics and client support in the pharmaceutical and retail sectors. Sourabh holds a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
