Tabitha Riley

Tabitha Riley serves as the Sr. Director HRBP for Intercontinental and Global Patient Solutions at Gilead Sciences since January 2025, where strategic HR expertise covers over 100 countries across various regions. Prior to this role, Tabitha held positions at Abbott, including Global Head of HR for Lingo Biowearables and Global Human Resources Director for Worldwide Operations, Quality, and Regulatory for Abbott Diabetes Care. Tabitha's earlier experience at Roche involved serving as a Global HR Business Partner for significant global hubs, providing strategic support across various HR functions. Tabitha's career also includes roles in recruitment and account management at Morales Group Inc. and various hospitality positions, complemented by an educational background with a Master’s in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Indiana University.
