Chris Grandlic is an experienced professional in the field of crop efficiency and microbial science, currently serving as Director of Crop Efficiency at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Bayer Crop Science, including Crop Efficiency Research Lead and Principal Scientist - Process Research, contributing significantly to microbial discovery and research. Previous experience includes leading microbial sourcing and enrichment efforts at Monsanto Company and co-founding Agradis, Inc., where Chris aided in the company's development and acquisition.
