Hunter Whittington, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Organism Engineer I - Fermentation at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., beginning in October 2022, after holding the position of Ag Biologicals Engineer 3 - Fermentation. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Research Scientist at Bayer Crop Science from January 2021 to October 2022, focusing on fermentation processes for biological pest control and crop efficiency products.
