Jess's experience spans various roles, from university recruiting to program management, and includes positions at Rearden Commerce, Live105, and other organizations. Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego, complemented by education from the International College of Management Sydney.
