Stella Luk is the Regional Director for North and West Africa at Give Directly. Previously, she was the Vice President of Global Services overseeing national scale digital health and development programs in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Stella has led from inception to national scale the largest digital nutrition program in the world and established Dimagi's regional operations in West Africa. Prior to this, Stella was a human rights lawyer in Egypt and Canada, an anti-corruption program officer for Eastern Europe with the Government of Canada, and a software developer at IBM. Stella has a B.Sc. in Computing Science, an M.A. in International Relations, and a J.D.
