Thomas Knuckles is currently a Sr. Solutions Consultant at Gladly. Prior to this, they were with Genesys for almost 4 years, where they were a part of the sales team that generated over $110M in revenue in 2018. Thomas has also assisted in the technical account management for Enterprise-level accounts, including multiple Fortune 100 accounts. Furthermore, they were also a member of a small organizational "Vision" team that determines sales strategies for North America and creates customized video presentations for prospective customers.
At Genesys, Thomas was responsible for creating and presenting custom product demonstrations for all contact center software product lines, for both new and existing customers. Thomas also developed complex technical architectures for customer implementation of contact center software solutions. Additionally, they provided technical and sales support for RFP responses of all sizes.
Before their time at Genesys, Thomas was a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University from August 2011 to August 2015. Thomas was also a Sales Associate at EXPRESS from May 2011 to January 2012. Lastly, they were an Administrative Assistant at Balanced Book Company from September 2006 to August 2015.
Thomas Knuckles holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Telecommunications from the same school.
