Glasgow Colleges have been pivotal in his career & personal development. He started aged 16 at Cardonald College as an apprentice electrician and pursued further education at colleges across the city, including Langside, City of Glasgow, Stow and Kelvin colleges.

Glasgow Clyde College is a multi-campus college with three sites across Glasgow in Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside. The College was formed in August 2013 following the merger of Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside Colleges. Today, Glasgow Clyde College is home to over 7,000 full-time students and 20,000 part-time students.
