Tina Anastasiow

Tina Anastasiow, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Benefits Director at Glaukos Corporation since June 2025. Previously, Tina held the position of Director of Benefits at Sevita, where responsibilities included leading the strategic design of a comprehensive benefits program for 43,000 employees, achieving cost stability, and enhancing service adoption. Prior experience encompasses roles with MGM Resorts International as Director of Benefits, where Tina managed benefits for 60,000 employees and achieved significant savings through contract negotiations, and First American Financial Corporation, directing benefits for 13,000 employees with a focus on cost efficiency and employee engagement. Tina's career also includes experience as an Associate at Mercer and as Benefits Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage Company. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Irvine Valley College.
