Gul Serbest

Gul Serbest is an experienced executive in oncology research and development, currently serving as the Executive Director and Early Development Leader at GSK since September 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing early-stage therapeutic assets from preclinical development to pivotal clinical trials. Previously, Gul held significant roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as Global Team Lead for Oncology, and at Incyte as Director of Clinical Development, focusing on immuno-oncology. Additionally, Gul contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Drexel University, developing courses on emerging healthcare technologies, and has served as an invited speaker for professional events. Gul is further enhancing expertise with professional certificates in pharmacology and immunology from Harvard Medical School.
