Ron Finn

Ron Finn is a highly experienced scientist specializing in data, automation, and predictive sciences, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at GSK since January 2025. Previously, Ron worked as a Research and Development Scientist at COMPASS Pathways, focusing on neuropsychiatric disorders, where advanced techniques in computational biology and multiomic analyses were employed. Prior roles include significant contributions to personalized cancer treatments as a Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute of Cancer Research, and leading bioinformatics initiatives at University College London Hospitals and the UCL Cancer Institute. Ron's early career involved postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and a foundation in IT support at the University of Victoria, where Ron also earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry.
