With over 25 years of experience in various financial roles in middle-market manufacturing companies and a mid-tier public accounting firm, Catherine has expertise in corporate strategy, acquisitions/divestitures, financial management, treasury, income taxes, and financial analysis. Catherine's previous positions include CFO at Séura, various Vice President roles at WS Packaging Group, Director of Financial Reporting at Duchossois Industries, Inc., and Controller at Uniforms To You. Catherine also has audit experience from BDO USA, LLP and Navistar International Transportation Corporation. Catherine holds a Master of Accounting Science and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

After five generations, GLC has grown to be the leader in custom mineral processing for numerous markets such as soil amendments, animal feed, glass, fillers, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. We have flexibility in our process equipment that allows us to work closely with customers to produce an optimal product. We make decisions in a timely manner and respond quickly to customers needs. The use of vessel transportation from the mine to our dockside facility enables GLC products to be priced competitively.
