Ayushi Mrigen

Ayushi Mrigen has been working in the tech industry since 2016. In that year, they were a Summer Intern at the University of Alberta. In 2017, they joined Google as a Software Engineering Intern. Ayushi then moved up the ranks at Google, first to Software Engineer II, then Software Engineer III, and finally Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead Manager. In their role as Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead Manager, they led teams working on building features for large events like Olympics 2022 and March Madness. Ayushi also worked on improving query understanding for verticals like sports and language to achieve reliable triggering, and built personalised experiences for broad sports queries. In 2022, they joined Glean as a Tech Lead Manager and Software Engineer, where they were part of the India founding team and worked on Search and Intelligence.

Ayushi Mrigen began their educational journey at St. Thomas School from 2002 to 2011. Ayushi then attended Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamli from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they completed their Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2013 to 2018.
