Yi Zhen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in AI and machine learning. Currently serving as Tech Lead Manager at Handshake since April 2025, Yi previously held the role of Engineering Manager at LinkedIn from January 2017 to April 2025, where leadership of a team focused on the growth of the LinkedIn Talent Marketplace was a key responsibility. Prior to that, experience as a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn involved work on ML for Economic Knowledge Graph, MLOps, and AIOps. Yi Zhen's expertise was further developed as a Senior Research Scientist at Baidu USA, concentrating on intelligent search and chatbots, and as a Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology.
