Eiti Kimura

Eiti Kimura is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Tech Lead Manager at Sinch since February 2021, Eiti leads a specialized team of backend engineers across Brazil, Sweden, and Poland to develop scalable distributed systems for conversational products. As Head of Engineering at Wavy Global, now part of Sinch LatAm, Eiti focuses on building high-performing IT teams. Prior experience includes roles at Movile as IT Manager and IT Development Coordinator, and as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in distributed systems and NoSQL data modeling. Eiti was recognized as an Apache Cassandra MVP during tenure at DataStax, contributing significantly to the Cassandra community. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a specialization in Software Engineering from UNICAMP.
