Mike Grima

Mike Grima is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in cloud security engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer at Glean, since May 2024, Mike focuses on enhancing the cloud security posture and infrastructure for the company's products. Prior to Glean, Mike held the position of Principal Cloud Security Engineer at Gemini, where unique secure AWS environments were designed and implemented. As a Staff Cloud Security Engineer at Gemini, Mike contributed significantly to various cloud security initiatives and delivered a talk at fwd:cloudsec 2023. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Netflix, where security measures were implemented across a vast AWS infrastructure, and as a Computer Scientist and Information Security Engineer in the US Army, developing Java SOA applications. Educationally, Mike holds a Master of Science in Information Security and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Security and Computer Science, both from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
