Bryce D. has held various roles in human resources and people management throughout their career. Bryce most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Glen Dimplex since November 2019. Prior to this, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Essential Energy from August 2018 to August 2019. Bryce also worked at Coty as the Lead HR Director for the UK&I from June 2016 to July 2018. Before that, they held the position of VP Human Resources, Global Manufacturing Supply, Consumer Health at GSK from February 2014 to January 2016. Bryce has also worked for Kraft Heinz, where they served as the HR Director for various regions including Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Japan, and Korea. Bryce additionally held the roles of HR Director for Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as General Manager HR for New Zealand. Bryce began their career at Heineken International as a Regional HR Director for Africa and the Middle East, and later as a Regional HR Director for the Middle East and North Africa.
Bryce D. completed the Kraft Heinz Executive Finance Program at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. They also obtained a BA (Hons) in Social Anthropology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Massey University. Bryce D. has additional certifications including Graduate Member Australian Institute Of Company Directors, Hogan Assessment Certification, MBTI, Member Australian Human Resources Institute, and Pritchett Change Management Facilitator.
