David Bailey currently serves as Plant Manager at Glen-Gery since November 2023. Prior to this role, David was the Senior Mill Production Manager at Carpenter Technology Corporation from January 2022 to November 2023 and held the position of Director of Operations at Georgia-Pacific LLC from November 2010 to December 2021, where responsibilities included P&L, operations, EH&S, quality, shipping, HR, and maintenance. David has also worked as Area General Manager and General Manager at Georgia-Pacific, with a focus on commercial and operational duties, pricing, and sales. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Carpenter Co. from September 1999 to November 2010. David holds a degree in Physics from James Madison University, completed in 1996.
