Nicolle S. serves as the Chief People & Sustainability Officer and previously held the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Global Fashion Group since December 2019. Prior to GFG, Nicolle was the Chief People & Culture Officer at THE ICONIC from March 2016 to December 2019. Nicolle’s career includes significant HR roles at Westpac Group as Head of Human Resources for Westpac Consumer Bank and at Deloitte Australia as Director of Talent Advisory & Solutions, among other positions. Nicolle began a career in HR at Optus as Human Resources Manager. Nicolle's educational background includes Year 12 Matriculation from Underdale High School.
