Global Health Corps
Hisham Al Kukhun is currently an Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Massachusetts Medical School since July 2017 and a Fellow with Global Health Corps since June 2016. Previously, Hisham served as a Community Health and Performance Management Fellow at the Boston Public Health Commission, where key responsibilities included contributing to the Boston Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund Project. Hisham has experience as an Intern Physician at the Ministry of Health in Jordan and as a Research Scholar at Leiden University Medical Center, focusing on mesenchymal stem cell differentiation. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Jordan University of Science and Technology and various exchange programs in international health and medicine at the University of Toronto and Vanderbilt University.
