Milind Joshi leads GIP India’s investments in Telecom, Airports and Midstream Energy. He is based in Mumbai, India.

Prior to GIP India, Mr. Joshi was a Partner at IDFC Alternatives. Prior to joining IDFC Alternatives, he led the Contracts and Commercial division at GMR Delhi International Airport Limited, as well as worked at Tata Power and Powergen India. Mr. Joshi started his professional career at ICICI Ltd. in 1994 where he managed a portfolio of over 15 companies in the infrastructure sector.

Mr. Joshi holds an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
