Ryan Lawlor

Ryan Lawlor, LEED AP, serves as the Director of Real Estate at Global Partners LP since May 2019, following a tenure at Cumberland Farms where roles included Real Estate Deal Manager and Real Estate Manager from 2014 to April 2019. In these positions, Ryan managed development teams and was responsible for site selection, contract negotiations, and comprehensive project management across several states. Prior experience includes positions as Zoning Manager at Lend Lease, Urban Planner at The Cecil Group, and Development Specialist at WD Partners, demonstrating a strong background in project management, urban planning, and real estate development. Ryan began a career in communications, having worked as an Account Executive in both public relations and crisis communications. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Providence College and a Master's in City Planning from Boston University.
