Steve Comp is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Removery since September 2021. Previous roles include Real Estate Manager at Prime Communications and Director of Real Estate and Lease Administration at Stage Stores, among others. Steve has demonstrated expertise in lease negotiation and management, site selection, financial analysis, and real estate committee presentations. A Juris Doctor graduate from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Steve possesses a strong legal background that complements extensive experience in editing and negotiating various lease agreements and managing complex real estate transactions. Volunteer efforts include contributions to the Mote Marine Laboratory and the Sarasota Offshore Grand Prix Physically Challenged Fishing Tournament.
