Umang Kadel is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of Operations at GG Talent Connect since May 2023, where the focus is on excellence in recruitment. Prior to this role, Umang worked at Global Soft Systems - India as a Senior Human Resources professional, handling responsibilities such as recruitment, payroll computation, and attendance management. Previous positions include Human Resources Team Lead at Aim Placements and Recruiter at Teleperformance. Umang began a career as an entrepreneur before pursuing formal education, earning a BCA degree with a focus on Mobile Applications and Information Security from Poornima University from August 2019 to July 2022.
