Andrew Leto

Andrew Leto is an accomplished entrepreneur in the logistics and technology sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Emerge since March 2016, focusing on freight procurement innovation. Leto is also a Founder and Partner at Arcturus Venture, and has held various board member and investor roles at companies including Palmetto, EDRAY Collaborative Port Logistics, Roadrunner Freight, and MyCarrier. Leto founded 10-4 Systems, a trucking visibility and optimization technology firm acquired by Trimble Inc., and GlobalTranz, a 3PL and technology provider acquired by TJC. Additionally, Leto was a board member and investor at MapAnything, Inc., before its acquisition by Salesforce. Early in his career, Leto served as a Sonar Tech in the US Navy from 1996 to 2001. Leto graduated from Horizon High School in 1996.
