Bertin Harvey is an experienced warranty administrator with a solid background in customer service, technical assistance, warranty registration, and billing. Currently serving as a Warranty Administrator at GLOBOCAM since November 2020, Bertin previously held similar roles at Transdiff JDH Peterbilt and Transdiff Peterbilt de Québec from September 2019 to November 2020 and June 2002 to November 2020, respectively. In addition to warranty administration, Bertin contributed as a Technical Writer, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and customer-facing roles.
