Caroline Manzi

Caroline Manzi has extensive experience in operations management, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Glocap from January 2018 to January 2025. In these roles, Caroline focused on optimizing business efficiency through strategic project management, process improvement, and technology implementations. Prior to Glocap, Caroline held the position of Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing firm-wide operations and payroll functions. Educationally, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University in May 2012, complemented by earlier roles as a Fitness Assistant, Front Desk Assistant, and Administrative Assistant across various organizations, demonstrating a consistent commitment to leadership and operational excellence.
