Hannah Norcross

Hannah Norcross is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as Principal Traffic Engineer and Principal Development Engineer at Gloucestershire County Council since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hannah worked at Amey from December 2014 to May 2023 in various capacities, including Civil Engineer and Senior Technician, where responsibilities included data analysis and mapping support using ESRI ArcGIS. Earlier experience includes a position as GIS Technician at Balfour Beatty Living Places and Amey, along with temporary engineering support at Wales & West Utilities focusing on gas pipe mains replacement projects. Hannah holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of the West of England.
