Mitja Andlovec

Mitja Andlovec currently serves as the Head of Information Security & Risk Management and CISO for Galapagos, where responsibilities include leading the development of information security initiatives aligned with business objectives. Andlovec's extensive experience encompasses managing compliance and security risk across projects, overseeing major IT transformation programs, and enhancing information governance practices. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Sandoz and Lek Pharmaceuticals, where Andlovec established quality frameworks, managed IT quality, and implemented critical compliance measures. Andlovec holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Ljubljana.
